PROPUESTA PARA LA ADAPTACIÓN DE UN PROGRAMA DE EDUCACIÓN DEL OCIO A LA REALIDAD BRASILEÑA

Este estudio reflexiona sobre las adaptaciones de un Programa de Educación para el Ocio (PEL) para ser aplicado a los mayores brasileños. Utilizando algunos términos de búsqueda, identificamos, en cuatro bases de datos, seis estudios que replicaban el PEL elegido, además de Searle, Mahon y Iso-Ahola (1995), que aplicaron el modelo por primera vez. Este PEL se basó en el "Programa de Reintegración Comunitaria" (CRP), desarrollado por Bullock y Howe (1991) para personas con discapacidades. Los países en los que se replicó el PEL fueron Canadá y Taiwán. Las adaptaciones son operativas y de contenido. Al igual que cuando se adaptó a Taiwán, proponemos que se adapte en cuanto a formato, facilitadores, equipo, frecuencia, actividades y lugar de oferta. Además, se deben priorizar las actividades lúdicas en la transmisión de su contenido. La aplicación de este PEL puede contribuir al debate sobre el ocio como una de las vías más importantes para el Envejecimiento Saludable en Brasil.
