Abstract

This article aims to present and analyze the execution of Socio-Educational Service, considering the guiding principles of SINASE and the National Socio-Educational Service Plan. In this production we present the concept of democratic and participatory management; the principle of intersectionality and accountability; the adoption of restorative procedures in the construction of new perspectives of assistance to socio-educational students and the monitoring and evaluation of strategic planning in the Public Socioeducation in the state of Maranhão. The methodology used was bibliographical research, based on authors in the area and the legal framework on socio-educational policy.
